Flaming June is a painting by Frederic Lord Leighton, produced in 1895. It is widely considered to be Leighton's magnum opus, showing his classicist nature. It is thought that the woman portrayed alludes to the sleeping figures the Greeks would often paint which were collectively referred to as Venus. This high quality tapestry is woven on Jacquard looms. Includes rod pocket for easy hanging. Cotton 100%. Spot clean only. Measures 53" wide x 53" long.
